Whereas most of my combat decks are 90 cards, 
this deck is an experiment with a 60 card 
combat deck. The smaller number of cards was 
to allow the guns to show up early, and then 
use Waste Management Operation to recycle key 
cards. After having played it a few times, I 
feel the premise may be flawed (ie: maybe I 
should just add all the cards I think I'll need), 
or maybe my ratios are off.
